Biography[]

Charlie was a prankster and liked to have a laugh, although on certain occasions, he could go overboard. During a truth or dare game Charlie revealed that Sally Fields was the woman he would most like to sleep with, which almost resulted in Frank Mooney punching him. Following Recall's death he took over his postion as the designated driver of Blackwall's pump and enjoyed racing the pump ladder to a shout.

Charlie had previously been stationed at Dagenham, where he had seen two collegues killed, one of them his best friend.

Charlie co-owned a fish and chip shop with his brother Dom called 'Fish Heaven'. Dom felt that Charlie did not put enough into the business and consulted a solicitor about having it registered in his name. In response, Charlie decided to open his own chip shop in the same street. Charlie was attracted to Lisa, the station cook, but was scared off by her menacing husband.
